Service
Nexadata Automation Desk provides workflow automation, business notifications, reports, integration support and social media scheduling services for business clients.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, own or have permission to use uploaded content, approve content before publishing and comply with the rules of each connected platform.
Social Media Publishing
Publishing is performed only after the client connects an account through official authorization and approves the relevant schedule or campaign. Nexadata does not require or store social media passwords for this service.
Payments
Setup and subscription fees are agreed before activation. Some third-party services, such as SMS, email, payment gateways or social media APIs, may have separate usage limits or charges.
Availability
We aim to keep workflows reliable, but delivery can be affected by platform API limits, account authorization, network availability or third-party outages.
