Who We Are
Nexadata Automation Desk is operated by NEXADATA Technology Limited in Tanzania. We build business workflow automation, reporting, notification and social media scheduling services.
Information We Collect
We collect business contact details, automation request details, uploaded campaign files, post captions, scheduled publishing dates, media file references and integration status needed to deliver the requested service.
Connected Social Accounts
When a client connects a social media account, authorization is handled through the official platform OAuth screen. We do not ask clients to share social media passwords. Access tokens are used only to perform actions the client approved, such as scheduling or publishing posts.
How We Use Data
We use data to prepare automation workflows, schedule approved content, send operational notifications, provide support, audit delivery and improve service reliability.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to run the automation, such as hosting, email, SMS, payment and official social media APIs. We do not sell client data.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS, limited staff access and operational logs to protect business data. Clients remain responsible for approving only content they are authorized to publish.
